Scott McCulloch is an assistant professor in criminal justice digital forensics at DeSales University. He earned his MA in Criminal Justice Digital Forensics from DeSales University.
Mr. McCulloch has over 30 years of Law Enforcement experience. He is a retired Captain from the Allentown Police Department. He has extensive experience in Cyber Crime investigations, Digital Forensics and holds certifications in Cellebrite, EnCase, and is a certified NW3C Cyber Crime Investigator. He is the current Lehigh County Digital Forensic Lab manager located on the DeSales University campus. Mr. McCulloch has testified in Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas as an expert witness relating to cyber crime investigations and digital evidence.
