Auxiliary Services

The DeSales University Auxiliary Services department schedules and assists in facilitating upwards of 1,000 varied campus events throughout the calendar year. Comprised of full-time and part-time staff we provide the University community and our guests with services, facilities, technology, and staff that will enable a unique and stimulating dining, conference, educational, or special event experience.

We strive to provide superior customer service in the Salesian spirit of love and respect and perceive our work as an extension of the University's mission to enrich the human community and enhance the dignity of the individual.

Multiple Facility Options

The facilities at DeSales University have over 40,000 square feet of event space including gymnasiums, ballrooms, classrooms, boardrooms, and dining halls. From intimate meeting rooms and flex spaces, to a 20,000 square foot field house, our facilities provide stylish options for a variety of functions. Outdoor tented events are also available upon request.

Business Meetings to Large Social Events

Our 7,520 square foot conference center is well equipped to accommodate a variety of events ranging from 10 to 650 guests.

Custom Catering

From business luncheon buffets to white linen formals, quality cuisine and professional hospitality services are provided for all tastes and budgets.
