• Bulldogs Athletics

20 teams compete in the NCAA Division III Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic Conference (MAC) and the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC).

• Act 1 Productions

Act 1 is the producing arm of the DeSales University Division of Performing Arts. We encourage our students to bring truth and beauty to the world through their art forms in Theatre, Dance and TV/Film.

• Youth Programs

DeSales welcomes youth members of our community to attend our performing arts programs. These programs include the Summer Dance Intensive, the Summer Theatre Institute, the Summer Video Institute, and the Conservatory of Dance, held during the spring and fall semesters.

• Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival

Each summer, the nationally recognized Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival brings world-class theatre to DeSales University's Labuda Center for the Performing Arts. This professional company presents a vibrant season of Shakespeare, musicals, and classics on its two stages—the Main Stage and the intimate Schubert Theatre—as well as through touring productions across the Lehigh Valley.

The Middle States accreditation is a voluntary process that signifies our adherence to MSCHE's rigorous standards, encompassing all aspects of our institution—from teaching and learning to governance and administration. This accreditation guarantees our students, their families, and the wider community of DeSales University's steadfast adherence to the utmost standards of academic quality and ethical conduct.
